The installation system consists of a mortar bed,
leveled to obtain a smooth, properly sloped
surface. After applying a bond slurry, the tiles
are laid and vibrated in place to create a compacted
and monolithic floor system. The compound is accomplished
by applying a cement-silica sand grout into the remaining narrow joints between the tiles.
